Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating a VowVerse Studio account you agree to these terms on behalf of your agency.
2. Subscription & billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually via the channel agreed in writing (including WhatsApp checkout at +20 106 278 9579). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, or use the platform to send unsolicited communications.
4. Client data ownership
Your agency retains ownership of all client and wedding data. VowVerse acts as a processor and stores data on your behalf.
5. White-label rights
Paid plans grant you the right to present invitations under your agency brand and custom domain. The underlying platform IP remains owned by VowVerse.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Upon termination we provide a 30-day data export window.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. Aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
